AyurvaWellness Etiquette

Welcome to AyurvaWellness, where your comfort and tranquility are our top priorities. To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all, we kindly ask that you observe the following guidelines:

• Respect for Others: Embrace the diversity of our guests by treating everyone with dignity and respect. We have a zero-tolerance policy for any form of harassment or discrimination.
• Modesty: Please wear appropriate attire suitable for a family-friendly environment while using our facilities.
• Decent Engagements: Maintain decorum by refraining from indecent behavior, including inappropriate touching, offensive language, or gestures.
• Phone Usage: For the benefit of all guests, kindly switch off your mobile phone or set it to silent mode while in the clinic.
• Privacy: We prioritize your privacy, so please be considerate of others. Photography, video recording, or voice recording using any device is strictly prohibited within our facility.
• Violation of Policy: Guests found in violation of these guidelines may face immediate removal from the facility without a refund. Repeated violations may result in barring individuals from using our facilities in the future.

Appointment Cancellation Policy

• Appointments canceled within 6 hours or No Show: A full charge of the service is applied if a scheduled appointment is canceled within 6 hours of the scheduled start time or if the guest is a no show.
• Appointment cancellation between 12 to 6 hours prior: Any cancellation between 12 to 6 hours prior to the scheduled visit time can be canceled with no cancellation charges if the cancellation has not occurred more than 3 times in a year. If such cancellation occurs more than 3 times in a 12 month period then a cancellation fee of $25 will be charged.
• Cancellation due to emergency: In emergency situations such as medical, weather conditions, transportation, please notify us in writing and provide proof of such emergency situation within 10 days to get a full refund of the cancellation fees that were applied.

Arrival

To ensure your time with us is as pleasurable and as seamless as possible, we ask you to arrive at AyurvaWellness a minimum of 20 minutes ahead of your scheduled time.

Late Arrival

If you arrive late for an appointment, you will receive the best treatment possible within the remaining appointment time. However, it may be necessary to decrease this with respect to the next appointment; full treatment costs apply.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 12 hours in advance to avoid being charged for the service. "No – Show" or appointments canceled with less than 12 hours advance notice will be charged the full-service price. Cancellation of a package, group booking, or ritual requires 24 hours notice.

Reservation

Advance bookings are always recommended to guarantee your preferred treatment and time. We cannot secure any spa treatments without credit card details or a cash deposit.

Medical Concerns

Please notify the reservation before booking any treatment if you have any physical ailments, allergies, or disabilities or are taking any medication, as this may affect your choice of treatment.

Spa Attire

Your modesty will be respected at all times. Disposable undergarments are available if desired. Robes and slippers are provided for your comfort; we provide lockers to store your personal belongings during your visit.

Valuables

AyurvaWellness cannot accept responsibility for any lost or stolen items.

Age Requirements

All spa guests must be 16 years of age and above.

Privacy Policy

AyurvaWellness respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal and wellness information.

• Information you provide during Ayurvedic consultations or intake forms
• Optional opt-in information for newsletters or wellness updates

• To schedule appointments and communicate with you

No Sharing of Your Information: AyurvaWellness does not share, sell, rent, or disclose your personal information or opt-in details to any third parties or affiliates. All information stays strictly within AyurvaWellness.
