When you walk into our lobby, you'll be welcomed by our concierge on a TV screen. Just talk to them as you would at any front desk. Our concierges are real people, not AI agents — friendly team members who know our services and are there to help you.

Safe, private and secure: what to expect when you arrive
Our inside access doors are kept locked, so only clients with a valid appointment are let in to the inside waiting area and treatment spaces. Here is how your arrival works:
1. Arrive and check in — walk into the lobby and check in with our remote concierge on the TV screen.
2. Secure inside access — once you're checked in, the concierge opens the inside access door for you.
3. Relax in our inner waiting room — for your convenience, it has accessible ADA restrooms and a changing room. Settle in and unwind.
4. Your therapist greets you — wait for your therapist to arrive, welcome you and guide you to the next steps of your visit.
We're a paperless center
No paper forms and no printed receipts. Charges are processed electronically and your receipt is sent to you by email or text message.
All of our forms — including intake forms, consultation forms and membership sign-up forms — are sent as a secure link to your email address or as a link in a text message.

Yes. Your card transactions are handled securely. Once your credit card information is saved to your profile, it is masked, so no one can see your card details.

Yes, you can update your online profile with your credit card information at any time. All credit card information is masked, so no one can see it once you update it.
Can I add my card at the front desk instead?
Yes. When you're at the front desk, simply swipe your card through the credit card swiper and it is updated in your online profile automatically.
