About the Program

Stay in paradise surrounded by Himalayan mountains, visit beautiful scenic towns and enjoy healthy meals and learn Hatta yoga. Local yoga instructor and guide available throughout the stay. 

This eight-day retreat is a mix of relaxing tours, enjoying local delicacies, Daily yoga sessions, or trekking as per your preference. This suits guests from all walks of life, from the young to the elderly. A great way to meet like-minded people, pursue a health goal, and opportunity to see a different part of the world with complete guided tours so you can have a great stress-free relaxing tour. Great for your holistic well-being and rejuvenation. 

Breaking habit patterns back home requires huge amounts of effort and focus when surrounded by familiar temptations and actions that don’t serve your long-term health goals, like habitually drinking too much, eating foods that don’t align with balance, or going straight to the TV after work.

It’s very nourishing to be free of most of your responsibilities and stressors for a time and go back with a renewed sense of perspective, motivation, and clarity.

Itinerary

Day 01: Kathmandu arrival, airport pick, transport to Kathmandu hotel for night stay, dinner served

Day 02: Start the day with Meditation from Boudhanath Stupa and Kathmandu sightseeing, followed by evening pre-trip planning.

Day 03: Fly from Kathmandu in the morning around 10 am, check in to Pohkara Hotel, followed by an evening Yoga Session.

Day 04: Breakfast, drive to Dhampus Village (3 hours), and walk to Australian Camp / Yoga Camp, Night Stay.

Day 05: Complete Yoga sessions and trek/sightseeing around the area.

Day 06: Complete Yoga sessions, Trek, and back to Dhampus Village for Night’s Stay.

Day 07: Breakfast, Drive to Pokhara Village and continue to drive to Bandipur Village for a night’s stay. Enjoy food and sightseeing along the way.

Day 08: Breakfast/drive to Kathmandu / Enroute Manokamana temple via cable car, Night stay in Kathmandu.

Day 09: Breakfast in a Hotel in Kathmandu, checkout, and Departure to your destination.

We have a team of local guides, resort owners, and personnel from Ayurva Wellness who will accommodate you on this tour and provide you with complete peace of mind by taking care of visas, permits, etc.
