Appointment Cancellation Policy

At Ayurvawellness, we understand that there may be a need for canceling your scheduled appointment, we try to be as flexible as possible in working with our guests when going through the cancelation process and if given sufficient notice there are no cancellation fees charged.

The applicable cancellation fees are described below. The cancellation notice can be given by sending us an email with the subject “appointment cancellation” or calling our centers and speaking with a sales associate.

  • Appointments canceled within 6 hours or No Show
    A full charge of the service is applied if a scheduled appointment is canceled within 6 hours of the scheduled start time or if the guest is a no show.
  • Appointment cancellation between 12 to 6 hours prior
    Any cancellation between 12 to 6 hours prior to the scheduled visit time can be canceled with no cancellation charges if the cancellation has not occurred more than 3 times in a year. If such cancellation occurs more than 3 times in a 12 month period then a cancellation fee of $25 will be charged.
  • Appointment cancellation between 2 to 6 hours prior
    A cancellation fee of $25 is applied when a scheduled appointment is canceled any time within 6 to 2 hours prior to the appointment time.
  • Cancellation due to emergency
    In emergency situations such as medical, weather conditions, transportation, please notify us in writing and provide proof of such emergency situation within 10 days to get a full refund of the cancellation fees that were applied.

Ayurva Wellness Etiquette

AyurvaWellness is a tranquil environment for everyone to enjoy, as a courtesy to our other guests, please switch off your mobile phone or place it in silent mode at all times while within the clinic. Thank you and have a pleasurable visit with us.

1. Arrival

  • To ensure your time with us is as pleasurable and as seamless as possible, we ask you to arrive at AyurvaWellness a minimum of 20 minutes ahead of your scheduled time.

2. Late Arrival

  • If you arrive late for an appointment, you will receive the best treatment possible within the remaining appointment time, however this may be necessary to decrease with respect of the next appointment; full treatment costs apply.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 12 hours in advance to avoid being charged for the service. “No – Show ” or appointments cancelled with less than 12 hours advance notice will be charged the full service price. Cancellation of a package, group booking or ritual requires 24 hours notice.

4. Reservations

  • Advance bookings are always recommended to guarantee your preferred treatment and time. We cannot secure any spa treatments without a credit card details or cash deposit.

5. Medical Concerns

  • Please notify reservation before booking any treatment if you have any physical ailments, allergies or disabilities, or are taking any medication, as this may affect your choice of treatment.

6. Spa Attire

  • Your modesty will be respected at all times. Disposable under garments are available if desired. Robes and slippers are provided for your comfort, we provide lockers to store your personal belongings during your visit.

7. Valuables

  • AyurvaWellness cannot accept responsibility for any lost or stolen items.

8. Age Requirement

  • All spa guests must be 16 years of age and above.
