• Respect for Others: Embrace the diversity of our guests by treating everyone with dignity and respect. We have a zero-tolerance policy for any form of harassment or discrimination.
• Modesty: Please wear appropriate attire suitable for a family-friendly environment while using our facilities.
• Decent Engagements: Maintain decorum by refraining from indecent behavior, including inappropriate touching, offensive language, or gestures.
• Phone Usage: For the benefit of all guests, kindly switch off your mobile phone or set it to silent mode while in the clinic.
• Privacy: We prioritize your privacy, so please be considerate of others. Photography, video recording, or voice recording using any device is strictly prohibited within our facility.
• Violation of Policy: Guests found in violation of these guidelines may face immediate removal from the facility without a refund. Repeated violations may result in barring individuals from using our facilities in the future.

At Ayurvawellness, we understand that there may be a need for canceling your scheduled appointment, we try to be as flexible as possible in working with our guests when going through the cancelation process and if given sufficient notice there are no cancellation fees charged.

The applicable cancellation fees are described below. The cancellation notice can be given by sending us an email with the subject “appointment cancellation” or calling our centers and speaking with a sales associate.

• Appointments canceled within 6 hours or No Show
  A full charge of the service is applied if a scheduled appointment is canceled within 6 hours of the scheduled start time or if the guest is a no show.
• Appointment cancellation between 12 to 6 hours prior
  Any cancellation between 12 to 6 hours prior to the scheduled visit time can be canceled with no cancellation charges if the cancellation has not occurred more than 3 times in a year. If such cancellation occurs more than 3 times in a 12 month period then a cancellation fee of $25 will be charged.
• Cancellation due to emergency
  In emergency situations such as medical, weather conditions, transportation, please notify us in writing and provide proof of such emergency situation within 10 days to get a full refund of the cancellation fees that were applied.
